LASA Annual Conference in Paris: Rethinking the Documentation of Crimes

Hugo Rojas, a researcher at NuestramemorIA, a professor at the Catholic University of Uruguay and Alberto Hurtado University, and a researcher at Viodemos, presented the paper “Fragmented Archives and Emerging Technologies: Reconfiguring Documentation on Crimes Against Humanity” at the annual conference of the Latin American Studies Association, held in Paris, France. During the event, participants discussed how technology enables the consolidation of scattered archives for historical reconstruction in justice processes.
