Hugo Rojas, a researcher at NuestramemorIA, a professor at the Catholic University of Uruguay and Alberto Hurtado University, and a researcher at Viodemos, presented the paper “Four Lessons from the Chilean Experience to Strengthen Human Rights Protection in Ukraine.” His international presentation highlighted the relevance of the Chilean experience to the strengthening of human rights globally.
